Georgia’s NAVIGATOR ITS has a public information section that prepares press releases, PR campaigns, and surveys that inform public/radio stations of events. NAVIGATOR has CCTV, CMS, P.C. Bulletin Board, automated telephone messages, cable TV links to certain hotels/apartment complexes; all under ATIS user services. Atlanta uses Highway Emergency Response Operator trucks to assist in freeway construction zones if necessary.
