Time frame allowed for lane closure setup (e.g., 9:00am to 3:30pm)

In New Jersey the lane closure hours are such that the phyical lane cloures cannot be in place prior to 9am, signs can be in place but covered, and the closure must be removed prior to 3pm. Also depending on the project there may be penalties if the closure is up prior to or after the indicated hours.
