Permit requirements to install/erect temporary traffic control warning signs and other temporary traffic control devices along roadways

North Dakota has adopted the MUTCD as its standard. When a permit is issued by the department to cross or use state right of way it must conform to the requirements of the MUTCD and Traffic Control Standards.
