Barrel Bob Contest Kicks Off National Work Zone Awareness Week

Southeast District of the Missouri Department of Transportation will celebrate National Work Zone Awareness Week by holding the “Where in the District is Barrel Bob” contest. Barrell Bob, a 10-foot tall man made of orange construction barrels, will be placed in a different location throughout the 14 counties in the district. The first person who identifies Bob’s location will receive a prize.
