Distracted Drivers Make Construction Zones Dangerous

The North Tarrant Express Project blames distracted drivers for half of all crashes in construction zones. Work Zones are constantly changing, and very often drivers are too distracted to notice the changes. According to the LBJ Infrastructure Group spokesman, Andy Rittler, distracted drivers are twice as likely to be involved in an accident compared to drivers under the influence.
