Flagger’s Close Call Points to Work-Zone Danger

Road construction is considered the most dangerous job in the United States. One of the Brian Hutchings’ flaggers was almost hit while working on the Highway 97 trying to slow down the vehicle. Hutchings made the plea: “When you enter a work zone, try to put that cell phone down. Try to pay attention while you get through that work zone.”
