Magic Valley Commuters Frustrated by Construction Delays, Detours and Poor Etiquette

Author/Presenter: Stutzman, Eva
Abstract:

With construction zones all over Magic Valley, no one seems to be able to avoid detour or delay. Many motorists have learned to deal with it, while others harbor a great deal of frustration and anger, not only towards the construction zones, but also at other motorists who ignore posted signs and attempt to cut in traffic lines. Some drivers try to find shortcuts that often lead them through residential areas, and they do not always follow the posted signs there.
