Author/Presenter: Oldendorf, PatrickAbstract:
The Illinois State Police have been cracking down on drivers in work zones, especially those drivers talking on cell phones. Since January 1, 2010, it has been illegal to talk on a cell phone while driving, but many drivers don’t realize it. Illinois drivers should be cautious around work zones and expect to be ticketed for using a cell phone.
