Police Identify Deceased Highway Workers

Maryland State Police identified the two highway workers who were struck and killed while picking up trash on Thursday afternoon. The police reported that the driver, Yuri Vielot Jr., fell asleep at the wheel when the accident occurred. The workers were wearing reflective vests at the time of the accident.
