Assembled by the Traffic Operations Branch of the City of Edmonton Transportation and Streets Department, this Procedures Manual identifies minimum safety precautions which should be taken at street construction worksites and is oriented towards ensuring the safety of all at the worksites. The manual is intended to be a practical, working booklet.
