Real Danger for TDOT Helpers

Tennesse Department of Transportation (TDOT) worker Robert Nowicki was struck and killed by a semi-trailer that rear ended a disabled vehicle and thrust it into him. Nowicki operated a help truck for TDOT and he was responding to a disabled vehicle on the road where the incident occurred.
