Round-the-Clock Safety Needed in Work Zones

In this article, Dr. Gridlock addressed the question regarding if work zone speed limits apply on a holiday or Saturday when no work is being done. He pointed out that the work zone hazards would still be there even if the the road crews are not present, so the posted speed limits would apply regardless if the road crews are present.
