Three Shirley Heim Middle School sixth-graders were selected as winners for the statewide poster contest, “Life Behind the Cones and Barrels: How Roadway Workers Keep America Moving.” The poster contest was sponsored by the American Traffic Safety Services Association Foundation and judged by Virginia Department of Transportation officials.
