Work Zone Safety Awareness Week Designated April 8-12

Abstract:

Mississippi motorists today are encountering more work zones than ever before. According to Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) Executive Director Larry L. “Butch” Brown, April 8-12 has been designated as National Work Zone Safety Awareness Week reminding the motoring public not to take safety for granted while traveling through work zones.
