Certification requirements for personnel designing and setting up work zone traffic control

Delaware DOT requires ATSSA approved Traffic Control Work Site Supervisors on a job-to-job basis (it usually depends on the size of the project). DelDOT also requires ATSSA, Safety Council, or Maryland DOT approved flaggers on all projects.
