Flagger training and certification requirements

From Alabama Department of Transportation Contractual Documents, General Conditions, Special Provisions and Technical Specifications for Debris Removal, Reduction, & Disposal Following a Declared Disaster:
“All flaggers must complete the ATSSA Flagger Training course prior to beginning work. Records/certificates of completion for each flagger must be kept on file and provided to ALDOT if requested.”
