Lights allowed/required on drums; LED lights allowed

Lights are allowed on drums in Minnesota, but Minnesota DOT is thinking about eliminating them. Some feel they can be a distraction. They are not required on drums. Care should be taken not to use flashing lights on barrels for channelization.
LED lights are allowed.
