Time frame allowed for lane closure setup (e.g., 9:00am to 3:30pm)

In Mississippi, when lane closure times are specified in the contract the contractor cannot close a lane until the time specified and must have the closure down by the ending time specified. If a contractor elects to put up lane closure signs prior to the starting time, the signs must be covered.
