State rules or regulations that require 24 hour maintenance of temporary traffic warning devices along highway work zone

Montana DOT requires that the contractor designate a person to provide continuous surveillance of traffic control devices. The designee(s) must be available 24 hours a day to respond to calls concerning damage to traffic control devices from any cause.
