New Jersey Surveillance and Delay Advisory System: Tested several approaches to measure traffic delay for vehicles approaching and traveling through a work zone and to disseminate information to motorists. Projects comparing techniques utilizing spot speeds to speeds generated from passive and active detectors utilizing advanced vehicle identification (AVI).
