Design and oversight of work zone operations

North Dakota has a Traffic Control Review Team consisting of Traffic Engineers in Design, Traffic Operation in Planning, Assistant Construction Engineer, Engineer Support in Maintenance, and Traffic Operations in the FHWA. They review work zone traffic items, do field review of work zone traffic, and review traffic items as assigned.
All of the above parties working on or in highway rights of way must follow state and MUTCD standards.
