Florida DOT’s  policy on Head Protection, Eye and Face Protection, Hand Protection, Foot Protection, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Protection, Fall Protection Equipment, Safety Nets, and Safety Vests is specified in their  Loss Prevention Manual, 10.3 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT.
