Switched from Construction/Engineering Grade sheeting to High-Intensity sheeting for barrels and barricades

In Connecticut, for projects that have a design completion date after April 17, 2002, bright fluorescent sheeting is required on traffic drums and traffic cones. For the sheeting for construction barricades, Type III reflective sheeting is required.
