Top-mounted object markers for delineation of portable concrete barrier wall on highway projects or alternative devices

West Virginia uses “B-1″ delineators every 20′ mounted along the face (about 3/4 up). They can mount on top as an alternate, and various sizes are permitted. All delineators are attached by PVC compound or epoxy. Most contractors use the 4″x2” side mount.
