A Short Course on Police Officer Traffic Control for Incident Management

The primary purpose of this course is to introduce the police officer to engineering concepts associated with traffic operations and management; and provide technical information concerning traffic control in incident response. It is intended that these concepts will assist police officers in their efforts to insure motorist safety and restore normal vehicular flow as expeditiously as possible.
