Cell Phone Ban Doesn’t Apply to All Construction Zones

Illinois law states drivers are not allowed to use cell phones while in a construction zone where the speed is reduced. An Illinois Senate Committee is looking into redefining “work zone” so that the cell phone law can be applies to all work zones regardless if the speed is reduced or not.
