Established in 1998, the National Work Zone Safety Information Clearinghouse is a service provided by the American Road and Transportation Builders Association and the Texas Transportation Institute of the Texas A&M University System. Presently, more than 50,000 practitioners nationwide are using the Clearinghouse to obtain the latest and greatest information about work zone safety. The Clearinghouse has a vast warehouse of knowledge on all types of work zone safety-related topics. Individuals can gain access to the information contained in the Clearinghouse via the website. A toll-free number and an email address can also be used to contact the Clearinghouse staff for information about a particular work zone safety issue or
topic.
