Abstract:

The Construction Manual provides guidance on the application of construction specifications and inspection practices for the administration of construction projects, field inspection, preparation of project records, checking quantities, and finalization within the West Virginia Division of Highways. The Manual includes references throughout to certain sections of the Specifications to relate certain inspection activities to an applicable Specification.
