Cops in Orange Vests, Hard Hats Carry Out Work-Zone Speeder Sting

A cadre of cops in camouflage – dressed in the hard hats and orange safety garb of work-zone crews – delivered 88 speeding tickets in less than four hours along a stretch of Florida interstate highway, as they initiated “Operation Hard Hats.”
