Crash on Pa. Turnpike Kills 1, Injures 10

Abstract:

From the Tuesday, March 10, 1998 issue (Pages A1, A10) of The Philadelphia Enquirer. A volunteer firefighter was killed and 10 more injured when a tractor-trailer ran into them as they were responding to an earlier accident. The accident occurred Monday afternoon, March 9, on the rain-swept Pennsylvania Turnpike. This article discusses some details of the crash.
