Most construction zones are not places one would seek out, in fact most of us avoid construction zones, but one man has turned his construction area into a bit of an attraction. Frank Russo, the foreman at the 2nd Avenue Subway construction, has been using his lunch breaks to sing Frank Sinatra to workers and residents near the noisy construction site.
