Delineation of Temporary Barriers in Work Zones, Volume II

Abstract:

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of various delineation systems for use on construction sites. It was determined that vertical panels and reflective cylinders were judged to be acceptable at least 85 percent of the time and that the spacing between these devices should be no greater than 200 feet.
