“Drive to Survive. Your Future is Riding on it!”
Abstract:The beginning of the 2009 Work Zone Safety and Awareness season was announced during a media event. From now until November, the West Virginia Department of Highways (WVDOH) could have up to 300 road construction work zones, and each of the division’s 10 districts may establish one or more short-term work zones per day due to an influx of federal stimulus funding. West Virginia State Police will strictly enforce the various work zone speed limits.
