Flagger Respect Begins With Training

This article discusses ATSSA’s “train-the-trainer” approach to flagger training. ATSSA trains master trainers, who in turn train flagger instructors, who then train flaggers at their convenience. The program is deemed as affordable, effective, and convenient by both industry and state agencies.
