Abstract:This case study is one in a series of documents that examine the use of Full Road Closure in work zones. More information on this methodology, and variations of full road closure, is available in the companion document, Full Road Closure in Work Zones-A Cross-Cutting Study (Report No. FHWA-OP-04-009).
Information from this case study was gathered during interviews with project personnel, following completion of the I-95 rehabilitation project. Information was also gathered through Internet searches and review of related material.
