More Mobile Speed Cameras Going Up

Author/Presenter: Marchese, Darci
Abstract:

The Maryland State Highway Administration will begin employing mobile cameras at various work zones in Prince George’s, Frederick, and Baltimore counties. Any driver caught going more than 12 MPH over the posted speed limit will be subject to a fine. There will be a three-week grace period for motorists in which officers will only distribute warnings to speeding drivers. Speed trailers will also be present before the work zone informing motorists of their speed.
