Motorists Must Use Headlights in PA Construction Zones
Abstract:Pennsylvania motorists must make sure their headlights are on when traveling through work zones under a broader transportation law that goes into effect Friday. A violation is punishable by a fine of $25 when signs are in place reminding motorists to turn their headlights on in work zones. The violation is a secondary offense, meaning that motorists must be pulled over for a moving offense, such as speeding, before they can be cited for having their headlights off in a work zone.
