No Phone Use Allowed While Driving in Arkansas Active School, Work Zones

Two new laws in Arkansas, which went into effect October 1, require drivers not use their cell phone while in a school zone during school hours or while driving through an active construction zone when workers are present. The laws outlaw texting and talking on cell phones. Reactions to those laws from people live in the neighborhood around the Eagle Heights Elementary School in Harrison have been positive.
