This guide talks about lane changing, merging, left turns and left exits, work zones, pedestrian crossings, and other special situations. The road is common ground that has to be shared. Responsible sharing is the key to safety. (Chapter 7 discusses work zones and provides motorist tips on how to drive safely through them.)
