SD House Passes a Bill Protecting Highway Signs and Markers

Abstract:

The South Dakota House of Representatives passed a bill to penalize people who tamper with or remove highway signs or markers.   Under Senate Bill 103, anyone who takes or vandalizes one of those signs or markers could receive a fine  up to $2,000.
