Senate Rejects Red-Light Camera Proposals

After a long debate in the Missouri Senate yesterday as opponents first tried to make them tougher on motorists and then tried to ban them, the bill on red-light cameras was finally completed. Restrictions were placed on the use of speed enforcement cameras, limiting them to construction zones and designated safe-driving areas.
