States Seek to Change Ticket Camera Rules

The use of speed cameras is expected to be a much debated topic throughout the country. Currently 21 states have laws allowing automated enforcement and 10 states prohibit it. Lawmakers from Missouri are seeking to prohibit the use of cameras to issue tickets. Maryland is pursuing a modification to the state’s current speed camera law. Nevada is likely to reconsider the ban on cameras.
