TDOT Takes Advantage of Pandemic to Work on Roads

There were fewer people on the roads during the coronavirus crisis, which allowed construction workers to work overnight projects during the day. The Tennessee Department of Transportation took advantage of the pandemic to make headway on their infrastructure projects.
