Temporary Pavement Markings Policy

This memorandum defines the policy for the use of temporary pavement markings within highway work zones on roadways within the jurisdiction of the Delaware Department of Transportation. This policy covers the widths of longitudinal pavement markings, the required markings for long-term stationary operations and the required markings between lifts of pavement during paving operations.
