Thruway Authority & Troop T Announce “Operation Work Brake” Enforcement: Safety Initiative to Promote Awareness While Traveling on Highway Work Zones

The New York State Thruway Authority and State Police Troop T announced the kick-off of “Operation Work Brake” on June 23, 2010. During the week, which begins June 28th and ends July 2nd, additional troopers will be deployed in an effort to keep drivers focused on the road while traveling on the highway and through work zones.
