Towson Legislators Eye Speed-Camera, Fetal-Homicide, Recycling Bills

State Sen. Jim Brochin plans to present a measure in the upcoming General Assembly that will clearly define the use of speed cameras. The Senator says the whole purpose of the cameras is to enforce worker safety, but citations continue to be given out even when there is no work being done.
