Abstract:This article discuses in general the development of a traffic control plan. It covers the 5 parts of a traffic control zone area and talks about general sign placement. After the traffic control plan is in mind- it can be drawn out using a computer. There are a few different programs used. They are: Traffic Graphics, CorelDraw or AutoCAD.
