Abstract:

This Traffic Manual is applicable to the Idaho State highway system and to signing on local roads and streets adjacent and related to the State highway system. It includes the following sections: Traffic Studies; Signs; Pavement Markings; Delineation, Snow Poles, and Object Markers; Signals; Illumination; Highways Approaches; Intelligent Transportation Systems; Construction and Maintenance; Pedestrian Protection; Rail Highway Grade Crossings; and Bicycle Facilities.
