Transportation Management Plan Guidelines

Abstract:

The purpose of this guideline document is to provide a standard format and template to aid in the preparation of all Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) Transportation Management Plans (TMPs). The TMP guidelines focus on communications protocols, stakeholder coordination, description and assessment of construction impacts, and development, implementation and monitoring of mitigation strategies. The audience includes internal PA stakeholders and external transportation agencies. This guideline document provides examples of data, performance measures, and mitigation strategies.
