Work Zone Safety and Mobility Policy and Guidance

To systematically address the safety and mobility impacts of work zones, the Vermont Agency of Transportation has established a Work Zone Safety and Mobility Policy and Guidance in compliance with Federal Highway Administration  requirements outlined in 23 CFR 630 Subparts J and K. The Policy and Guidance provides tools and procedures to assess and analyze work zone impacts and to take appropriate actions to minimize and mitigate these impacts, while managing safety and mobility.
